I have been reading your blog. very inspirational. I am 61 and did it in 11h 15 . Next year I will try to do it in 10h ...
I too need to loose weight ( about 7 kilos) everybody was so skinny.
I would like to lose my weight before xmas, before the winter training start so that I can go out with the faster boys in January February timeframe
